They said can take a day but I thought faster transfer mean like not 1 working day and if it dont go in got to go back and get them to find it
But I did the feature where you just click what back your with and transfer without putting in the details
It can take up to 24 hours. Speak to the sending bank if it’s not arrived as could be held.
I will be taking my money out and sending it back then closing this account there a joke

Been using Sumup Pay (stacked with Zilch to get an extra 0.5% cashback) for more than a year now. FP from bank account to Sumup has always been instant (I try never to keep a positive balance in Sumup so only transfer in just before spending/paying).
What happened exactly?
What bank did you use for the ‘easy transfer’? Ultimately, they’ll be the bank that made the transfer. You should ask them about it.
So I used the easy bank transfer option in the app saves me putting in details going from one app to another and nothing as gone in to my sumup account?
See my post above. You should be talking to the bank you used to make the transfer to see what is wrong with it. Might not be SumUp’s fault at all. Wait until you know what the issue is before attributing blame at least

Have you spoken to SumUp? It might also be worth asking the sending bank about tracing information in case SumUp needs it.
