Stuck on initial deposit page


Hi guys,

I topped up a few weeks ago, but my initial card got lost in the post. My new one came today, woo!

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else is “stuck” on the initial deposit page in the iOS app? I used Apple Pay to send my first £100… I’ve tried uninstalling and re-logging in but I’m still stuck and can’t activate my card.

Hi Rikki, sorry about that! There’s a bug in our signup flow that sometimes get people stuck like that. I believe you’re all set now?
