Stuck in Queue After Using Queue Bump

Hi all

I’ve downloaded the app and I am stuck on them asking me to select ‘bump me up the queue’. I’ve already done it once and I am unable to move past that pge. Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong???

Signed a friend up after joining on Sunday but saw no difference. Does this bump up the Q work ? Wrote to help but no response so far.
