Stuck in a loop trying to set up a business account

I started the application process for a business account a couple of weeks ago but I had to stop part way. I’m trying again now and the app is instead taking me to part way through the process for applying for a personal account and I can’t find any way to restart. I thought I could try with a different email address instead but then I get the error that my mobile phone number is already in use. I’m on the verge of quitting and trying another bank!

Are you sure? You can’t apply for a personal account in the same way.

Definitely sure. I accessed it through an link sent to my email, and had changed from the dark background and business based questions to a light background and personal finance questions.

You’ve gone wrong somewhere

In the app, scroll to the very bottom and there’s a “do more” button. Press that, then do the business application.

There are literally no options/links in the app other than continuing on with the personal account application. No matter how many times I try to go in via a link to set-up a business account, clear the app cache and data, force stop the app, restart my phone…
