Applied for the wrong type of account

So in my haste to open a new account, I somehow pressed business account instead of personal, now it wants to ask me all sorts of things to do with company name, companies house etc. I used my email in the initial application and now every time I try and request a personal account it keeps sending me back to a business account application! Getting frustrating. Any advice please.


Iā€™d email and explain like you did here. They should be able to reset the application process.
