There have been some technical problems with this thread, so here’s a follow up topic:
Apologies for having to have edited some of the earlier posts: the initial one removed breached the code of conduct, but for some reason the forum software errored on trying to remove them, so we’re left with a few ghost posts. Sorry about that.
