Sorry about this

Issue:
Whenever I try to open the app it gives the message: Sorry about this. Something has gone wrong but we’re not sure why. Please try again in a few minutes.

It’s not a particularly helpful error message, is it?

  1. Delete the Monzo app.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Download the Monzo app and sign back in.

If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to change bank or use a different phone.

[EDIT: figured out by chance that it was related to my Revolut bank account details also being shown, and Revolt seems to be down - last updating 4 days ago. Definitely, the error messages could be made much more informative]

Getting the same message constantly on my Samsung S22 Ultra for a week or more now. Pops up every few seconds.

Did as customer support advised - deleted the app, reinstalled… made no difference unfortunately.
