Has anyone else noticed the text increase in size on their Monzo app after the latest update? Its really imposing. How can I revert it to the original size?
nope, in any secion in particular
ios or android?
Android. The text is bigger showing my balance and all my transactions.
not noticed anything on iOS
@nexusmaniac any idea?
It seems to be everywhere even in the chat function.
is this happening on any other app?
I know android lets you change text size but iām not sure where that is
No itās just Monzo. I checked the settings on my phone but the text size has not changed.
Strange, I havenāt noticed any particular difference - Iām on the latest Android beta.
If youāre comfortable sharing your phone model, Android version and Monzo app version that could help (although this isnāt a formal support channel so thereās no guarantees anyone from Monzo will see it or answer ).
Iāve contacted Monzo by chat and they said thereās nothing they can do which is incredibly frustrating. My phone is an LG G4, Android version 6.0 and app version 3.6.0
Hi, is there somewhere I can see a transaction view for the value of the roundups in my pots please? I am not sure why anybody would be interested in seeing the total of the transaction in that history view (e.g. 5.00) what Iām interested in and I assume most are would be much round-up there was on all the transactions (0.04 or 0.94)?
If you look at the transaction thatās been rounded up it says the amount charged and the amount of the round up
Hi yeah. Individual transactions but I donāt see why on roundups screen it would show the total spend, seems wrong. Surely youād just have the +0.40p +0.10p etc in a transaction list view
Hello! Im new to Monzo. Iām wanting to make a suggestion for development but canāt work out where to write on any of the threads except by replying to this thread!? Its probably obvious but could you please explain how I contribute? I saw that there is a thread in about āsalary sorterā which IO think is great- however what I would really love to see is an option to put aside a pre-decided percentage of all incoming money into a pot. If you are self employed but still using a current account (which you are allowed to do as a sole trader) your incoming payments can vary wildly each month, and it would be good to automatically be able to put tax money aside. I know you are developing a business Monzo- but I would like to do this in a standard current account. Thank you so much- Iām really liking what I see so far
Hello
The best place to post your suggestion would be in the salary sorter topic that you read
Youāll also be happy to know that youāre not the only one to suggest this so hopefully Monzo take note and it gets implemented too
Hey everyone,
Iāve suggested something on twitter and i was told to put it here.
Basically, its a bit strange that the scheduled payments are not in any order.
I would suggest having them in order of the date or maybe for us to be able to drag them around in the order that we want.
Thanks
Iād like this too and Iām sure itāll be sorted at some point.
An earlier discussion about it here;
Hi, Iāve been with Monzo 3 months, loving it in general, but have recently encountered an area where there is definitely room for improvement.
Bank account evidence is often used for verification purposes - I am going through house sale/purchase and mortgage application and would love to be able to get everything I need with a single ādownload statements for financial verificationā button. If that existed, it would PDF a 3-month summary of all the Monzo accounts, and pots, that I have.
Instead, at the moment I have to download individual monthly statements from each account individually, and there doesnāt seem to be a facility to get a dated & named summary of savings pots at all. Good idea? I think so, so it might be worth Monzo considering it to help their customers⦠or at least be able to chose a 3-month summary in each account, and be able to download a savings pot statement for the last 3 months.
Does monzo have some sort of buyer protection? I am about to buy an item, and the seller is asking me to send money through this. I am afraid that I may get scammed and not get my money back.
Through what? monzo.me?
Do you bank with Monzo or another bank?
