Sign up problem


I have signed up with a golden ticket, and the app is currently saying theres nobody in front or behind me in the queue on the app yet I cant actually do anything. I understand I am meant to take photos of me ID, deposite money etc, but theres no option? Its been 2 days now

Ive tried reinstalling the app but no luck.

Anyone got any ideas?



That’s a bit of a strange one, I saw it mentioned on Twitter for the first time yesterday…

Unfortunately I don’t think there’s anything that users here can do to help so I’d recommend emailing or sending Monzo a DM on Twitter so that the support team can resolve this.
