I add my house bills to a shared tab, but in my monthly spending it doesn’t balance out my commited spending and I end up “spending nothing” and don’t actually know how much is left of my budget. It’s all positive because what I recieve through the shared tab.

Very much agree on this - I have household bills and spend tabs as I don’t want a joint account, but this means my budgeting is always out as it doesn’t reconcile the transactions when they are paid either to me or by me.
Therefore my budgeting isn’t really all that useful right now as it’s completely inaccurate.
Bit of a shame as this is one of the key features of Monzo compared to my old High Street bank that attracted me.
