I use the Garmin connect app input the card details and it comes back with the below message.
Any ideas? I’ve also tried my Monzo Flex card and get the same message.

Make sure you’ve followed the steps outlined in the below post. Otherwise, it sounds like you don’t have a compatible device
Oddly enough I tried it again this morning and it worked straight away, I didn’t do anything different either ![]()
