Setting a joint account error


I am trying to set up a joint account with my partner but every time I click through to ‘setting up a joint account’ and then select his name in the contact list, nothing happens. I just stay on the contact list screen.

Please would someone be able to help me with this problem? Or is there just a glitch in my version of the app?

Turn off Face ID if iPhone, should allow to continue (think this was an issue I had some time ago).
