Sent a message on the app

I was sent a message on the Monzo app but am unable to read what it says. Any ideas?

Was it a full screen pop-up that disappeared?

It’s under ‘chat’ in the CA app and ‘Help’->‘I still need help’ in the prepay app.

I haven’t yet paid the £100 to get the card so I can’t access the help section of the app

And yes it was a full screen pop up
