Search screen sometimes empty and show no results

Issue:
Search screen is empty.

Details to reproduce:

  1. Click search and choose join
  2. Search screen is empty, shows some content to suggest how to use it.
  3. Enter search term i.e. tesco
  4. No activity spinner near the input screen. Nothing happens

OS: iOS 17.4.1
Device: iPhone 13 Pro
App Version: 5.75.0
