When we saw someone on Twitter using Monzo and IFTTT to save money every time they tweeted, we knew it was something we had to try ourselves. So we’ve built a way for anyone to automatically put money aside every time they tweet.

@cookywook, any chance of integrating IFTTT applets directly into the Monzo app like Dozens do?
You know this thread is just going to open up that big can of worms that’s labelled “Please improve and expand Monzo’s IFTTT support”, don’t you?
Edit: the label should also probably say “worms”

No problem! I’ll make that clearer.
That’d be great, but not a huge priority for us right now. The dream, of course, would be to build the most popular recipes as app features - but we’re not going to build that in the near future.
