Save £1,378 a year with the 52 Week Savings Challenge

You can set it up whenever you like, and when the 1st January rolls around it will start automatically

I meant more so like if you set it up on January 1st when would it take the first payment etc day of the week :joy:

I want to know this too :joy::joy:

Anyones weekly challenge restart today?

Mine did and took for it twice funnily enough so wondering if others faced the same?

Nope - all good here, just £1 once today. R-

Old post so apologies… But I setup the penny savings challenge 3 days ago based on this and it started taking money straight away. Huge amounts too because we’re at the end of the year

Newbie to this challenge :wave:t3:

Had £2 move to the Pot today, but wondered if this was right? As the year started on a Friday, and the amount gets deposited into the Pot on the Monday, I was expecting this to just be £1?

I may not be grasping it because it’s the first day back at work and I’m struggling :joy: any help grateful appreciated!

I haven’t an explanation other than can it be set up twice- and would you then get 2 x £1 transfers? Anyway, my transfer today was £1 as you say. R-

Thanks @RogerB - it’s good to know how it’s worked so far for someone else :slightly_smiling_face: I’ll keep an eye next week and maybe disable/relaunch if any more than £2 goes in next week!

For the purposes of this challenge, I’m working to the assumption that:

(£1) Week One: Monday 4th Jan
(£2) Week Two: Monday 11th Jan

… and so on!

I also had £2 move today, £1 came out last week (actually was £2 for some reason as it happened twice) on the mon 28th dec

But its not a big issue it will just increment now by an additional £1 each week

Ah, sorry I think we are discussing different applets. I have this one running. R-
