You won’t really find a decent Samsung for that price when comparing that price range to the whole range, but depending what you’re coming from you may find their A20 range sufficient, current one is the A22 5G , should be able to get for around your price range.
Do you specially want Samsung or just any android?
For that price range have a look at Motorola and Nokia, Xiaomi is probably best value for money at that price but it’s a quite heavily modified version of Android and you may not like it.
