Hi,
The Sainsbury’s logo was updated a few months back however it has reverted back to the old logo.
I have submitted a request to have this updated however it’s not been updated.
Any ideas on how to get this corrected?
You’ve followed the correct procedure to get it updated however it is a bit hit and miss. Updates are generally done when customer service operators have a bit of spare time.
People usually post requests in the below topic and periodically someone from Monzo actions a bunch in there too
