Looks like the company requesting it (National Lottery) haven’t requested it, then. It was a test direct debit, anyway, before I committed to using RBS full time.
(RBS wouldn’t give me an overdraft, though, so I applied to NatWest who offered me £1000 straight away, oddly).
A month of using RBS and I do find the way the round ups work incredibly annoying ; probably so used to Monzo moving them automatically rather than waiting until the transaction cleared.
Still can’t believe DD’s don’t show until the first payment either lol but I can get used to that.
