Had a response from RBS Tech today and apparently i dont have an eligible account 
Ive got C&Co which is a Select Rewards and Drummonds which is a Select A/C and according to the guidance on the website they should be eligible?
Not going to lose any sleep as will continue to use Monzo or Zing when on holiday

Probably similar reason as to child and Drummond dont work with Apple Wallet integration

They work with gpay.
I assume that @dudesuper is referring to the Open Banking integration. The card works fine with Apple Pay.

Yes was referring to the open banking integration doesn’t work on either but does on a standard rbs account

So the question is what is different enough about them to prevent the Travel Account from being applied or working with the open banking integration mentioned above?
Like I said not a deal breaker as I likely wouldn’t have used it but just curious as to what in the backend is preventing it

Just got a new RBS update. I’m not entirely sure the 2nd one is new. I think it is just telling people to reconnect accounts as mine had disappeared with the update. Maybe they’ve made some behind the scenes changes to the system?
There also seems to be an update to the overdraft screen. Not sure how new these features actually are though

I’ve never managed to get Child and Drummonds showing balance etc on Apple Pay despite having a credit card and vanilla RBS debit card

I received further contact from RBS. They’ve decided to issue me with a Mastercard in replace of my Visa card to hopefully resolve the travel money account issue.
Issue with RBS at the moment? Tried 3 times to pay by card online and it was rejected, funds available, no notification from the app.
Used my visa credit elsewhere and worked fine.
Mastercard.
It worked at the kebab shop just now.
Probably just iD mobile, they didn’t attempt to collect my direct debit on new or old bank details; then had the audacity to say my bill hasn’t been paid.
Then tried to pay 3 times with RBS MC on their app and website, no dice, visa credit card elsewhere worked fine.
