Roundups help: investment pot

Hi

Hope I’m posting in the right place.

I’ve got a stocks and shares investment pot which i opened recently (3 weeks) which I’ve turned on roundups for. However none of my spending seems to be rounding up and its not showing anything within that pot coming from roundups.

My partner and I use our joint account to do all our spending, so not sure if thats the issue (i.e. does round ups only occur on your personal account). Cant find anything in the help to troubleshoot. Any help appreciated.

Fairly sure roundups only work in the personal account it’s linked to.

Joint accounts with Monzo are a separate entity and don’t mix well with the other products within the personal account afaik.
