Round up feature disabling itself

Hi guys,

I have a weird issue where the round up feature on my pots seems to disable itself periodically. Anybody else have a similar issue? (and a fix). I’m on android and it’s a non interest pot

What’s the process on this forum? Do we tag an admin to look at the issue or do they watch these topics?

They watch. It’s been mentioned in slack as well so they’re aware

Slack is for developers interested in the Monzo API and development of third-party features. There is also another post on the forums about this and Monzo staff have acknowledged it.
