A few years back their distribution centre in Andover burned to the ground after a robot caught fire. Took days to put the fire out as the building had large parts inaccessible to fire crews.

Yeah that’s the reason it was so bad. The firefighters pretty much said the design was crap for human access in emergencies. You’d hope new buildings they design will build that kind of access in

If I remember correctly the fire suppression system wasn’t up to much either.
Ha can just imagine robotic firefighters dragging out the casualty robots to save them
