I was talking about the phone line bundled with it, did you explicitly request it or did they silently add that onto your bill?

OFCOM are making enough of a hash of things instead with their weird demands on speed advertising (based on 10% (ISTR) of users being able to achieve the advertised sync rate - that’s why most of the providers have slightly different ‘upto’ speeds for exactly the same Openreach product).
