One of my purchases flagged up incorrectly so I clicked on “Something Wrong? Tell us!” And picked “Details look wrong”… The text box that pops up is tiny, and yet it asks for as much detail as possible… This should be a much bigger text area…
Tbh this textbox is just a workaround we did until we have better systems in place. We need to learn what’s the best way to get your feedback and probably a textbox won’t even be the right answer… but something more action driven as “Which one of these 6 logos is the correct one” or “Which one of these 3 locations was this Pret”, etc.
