Newbie here so apologies if this question has already been answered. I make regular (but not scheduled) payments to friends and businesses. Each time I do this, I have to re-enter the recipient’s name, account number and sort code. Obviously I don’t know everyone’s details by heart so it means I have to look up their details from another source, which is fiddly and time consuming. I would have expected Monzo to have the facility to recognise accounts I have previously transferred to and to populate the information for me (as is the case with other bank accounts)? Maybe there is a facility and I just haven’t found it! If not, it will certainly deter me from using Monzo for payments when it’s so much easier to do this from my main account.
