Refund issued on my previous card number

Hi,

On 8th of November I paid for a DMZ tour in South Korea which never happened because of Trump’s visit :expressionless: . I was meant to get a refund and everything was fine. Unfortunately I lost my card on the last day of my trip. I froze it, ordered a new one. Now the company says that they send my refund using my previous card details. I didn’t receive any refund on my new card. Is there a chance that refund was issued on the card number which does not exist anymore?

This sounds like an issue for Monzo support rather than the forum, send them the information via the in app chat, I’m sure they’ll do their best to sort it out for you.
