On 8th of November I paid for a DMZ tour in South Korea which never happened because of Trump’s visit . I was meant to get a refund and everything was fine. Unfortunately I lost my card on the last day of my trip. I froze it, ordered a new one. Now the company says that they send my refund using my previous card details. I didn’t receive any refund on my new card. Is there a chance that refund was issued on the card number which does not exist anymore?
