Referral / App download challenge

Hey all,
I referred my father as business customer. He started the process but couldn’t download the app.
We recognised this could be due to his phone and so tried to download on his tablet instead. The process is now not working as it recognises it as already started, Im guessing via his mobile number.

Any suggestions please?

They would need to use the login option not new customer signup option.

Delete the app and download again to start fresh. As partial profile is possibly created, they need to follow the login process (already have an account).
