Is this a Monzo owned domain?
I emailed help@monzo.com and got a reply from someone at 1am (?) from that domain.
Bit concerned as I sent some sensitive documents in the email…
Intercom is Monzo’s chat platform which they are in the process of replacing so you will get emails from intercom when they reply to a ticket/email from you

If you open the app you should see the same reply there
