@monzo.intercom-mail.com , email communication during setup. I did see an old posting from 2018 about this domain being used for support - why is the company not using Monzo.com.

I don’t have an answer, but curious about your question, why are you asking? Is it causing an issue somewhere?
Monzo use monzomail.com About the domain monzomail.com for newsletters and legal updates.
We use this domain to separate emails we send to customers, from emails Monzo staff send from monzo.com.
They moved the chat from https://www.intercom.com/ (big mistake) but haven’t switched everything over to their own internal instead.
They still use that @monzo.intercom-mail.com now for things like formal complaints.
