Problem with Quickbooks connection

Anyone else having issues with their Quickbooks connection? For the last week and a half transactions have stopped being imported, but the account balance seems to update.

I spoke to Quickbooks who got me to try a few things and then advised that I speak to Monzo. Monzo then advised that I speak to Quickbooks and to get Quickbooks to contact the Monzo Open Banking Team. So back to Quickbooks and the issue is still not resolved after about a week, I need to chase it up today because they closed my open ticket. Just wondered if anyone else was having the same issue.
