Business account not syncing into Xero anymore

Has anyone else had their business account randomly stop syncing transactions into Xero?

Ours says “last synced 6 days ago” despite there being transactions since. I tried adding it again but it said it was already connected.

I’ve not tried a full disconnect and reconnect, was curious first if anyone else had experienced it?

Wonder if any Monzo staff working on the business account can shed any light? @jackcully @jrdn?

I guess I’ll raise a support ticket then!

Will drop a quick reply here for anyone else suffering a similar issue in the future.

Got in touch with support and they had to escalate it to a developer and it took a few days to get a response but they managed to fix something in the background and all the transactions then sync’d to Xero, including the couple of weeks of missing ones.
