Please help - is transferring money into Monzo instant?

I’m trying to make a FPS payment in to a Monzo account (tiny <£100) from Santander but Santander are saying Monzo don’t accept FPS… will speak to Santander but any ideas here on how to get the money across electronically? (aprt from S/O?)

Are you entering the right sort code? Anytime this has been reported before it’s been because people have mixed up the last 2 numbers of the sort code

Clearly something isn’t right here. I use FPS from Santander to Monzo every month. As @Rat_au_van suggests, check the sort code, it’s very easy to get wrong.
