PIN Card errated but it was not

Issue: The pin card requested for log in sometimes is not correct even thought is the rightt one. It happens often and i have to recover the PIN everytime, and when it happens and im verified and monzo send me the pin, guess whats pin it is? The one that it always been and the one that i digit when first asked in the log in page

OS:android
Device: lg g3 plus
App Version: Android 10

Generally when weird things like this happen you just need to reinstall the app.

  1. Uninstall the app
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Install the app again
