If you go to the app help section and start a chat they can get to the bottom of this for you

On that link it will show your prepaid and current account. If you check the account ids there should be two.
It was showing me the prepaid one as well. I have no idea how to navigate it to show the current account (UK retail account) details instead of the prepaid.

Yap, figured it out, indeed i was checking the prepaid account, the balance on the current account it’s like it should be
