Feedback to the Monzo team:
This holds me back from choosing Monzo Max as I wanted it to replace my Apple Care.
Repairs may be made using readily available parts, or we may provide refurbished products which may contain parts, which are of similar or equivalent specification, and which may include unbranded parts.
Hopefully that will change one day!
Unlikely, Apple direct parts are more expensive.
I believe Monzo use Assurant?
For genuine parts, the provider needs to be Likewize (NatWest, Santander and Barclays, I think).
Who knows, maybe Monzo will switch at some point.
It’s never going to change.
Apple Store access is also important. Surprised Apple wouldn’t be interested in a partnership. Would drive AppleCare+ sales up a lot. Probably no bank willing to pay.
