I think it’s their second appearance. First time winning though.

Interesting to see that Lloyds and Halifax are beating first direct in overdrafts now - last year only Lloyds was beating first direct in this category.
And first direct has regained 4th place after Halifax placed 4th in the Aug 2024 results.

Might not have enough customers to justify being added to the list even if they are in NI.
The NI ones will be interesting once Revoult gets it full license and shows up in this, big presence in the Republic, and loads of people have/can have a banking relationship south of the border
I’m always surprised Monzo come out top 3 for customer service when in reality its not good at all, definitely in terms of speediness. (before people get defensive I don’t just say that here, I express that opinion to Monzo whenever they ask for feedback)
Every time someone points this out, everyone forgets that this place is not indicative of the wider Monzo customer base. Every time I contact support I have few issues, and things get resolved.
So, if I were included, I’d rate them high, because my experience has been a high standard.
Based on what is it not good? The people that join here and shout? Millions of people use Monzo and have zero issues with support.
I was just in the middle of writing something exactly the same, and you beat me! I think the census at Christmas showed how far from the user base of the bank this forum is. so yeah, if you can 1, get your answer via the help articles, and then 2. via chat quickly, most people (including me) are pretty happy
I always think the same about Revolut. The majority of posts I see are about how dreadful their customer service is and freezing accounts etc, I’ve personally never had an issue and every time I’ve contacted them they’ve been fine, even with their AI replies.
