Pension transfer issues

I provided the incorrect policy reference number for one of my pension transfers. How do I change this? It’s not obvious, nor is there a hell chat for pensions, any help would be appreciated.

I’d recommend contacting support to discuss directly in-app. To do this from the :monzo: app home screen:

  • Tap on Help (top-right)
  • In the search bar, type ‘Contact support’
  • In the search results, look for ‘Contacting support’ and tap on it
  • Locate the link in the text saying ‘Tap here to get started’ and tap on it. This will take you through a few initial questions and should eventually take you into the in-app chat with :monzo: support
