In the Monzo CA it is telling me to contact support to set up Touch ID to view my pin. I’ve viewed it fine before so why do I need to now contact customer support to be asked “some questions”.

I hit a similar sounding bug earlier in the week, when trying to make a transfer. Try switching the Touch ID for payments setting on in the settings menu & then viewing your PIN.

Ah, excellent! Just hit this yesterday after changing my PIN the day before. Fortunately I remembered it when I needed to but it was touch and go for a moment.
I was thinking some new security had been implemented but I’ll give this a try.
