Hey Monzo,

It would be nice when transferring money to/receiving a payment from a bank account (non Monzo) you could contribute it to a contact on your phone.

This means when someone send you a bank transfer or vice versa the UI would be a bit friendlier. On the Basis Monzo has access to my contacts it means as a quick pay feature I could select that contact to pay (like you can with Monzo users).

It would be good if there was a standard all challengers bank could follow where they have fields for sort codes/account numbers in contacts, so that your “payee list” belongs in your address book and automatically syncs across all your banking apps and devices.
