They require the amount to be kept by specifically 1 min before midnight of the 365th day, annoyingly.
I probably wouldn’t have qualified anyway cos I paused my challenge for over 2 months.

Think we need someone from Monzo to clarify but it says BY not AT 23:59. In other words you need to have the final amount in the pot anytime before 23:59 on the final day. In my mind, If you’ve got that already, in theory we should be alright to move it elsewhere. But, I really don’t want to ruin my chance at the prize without the clarity.

No problem. There really should be a graphic in the app to confirm if you’re in the draw or not to stop the confusion.

I also got caught out by the UI and ended up withdrawing the money. Some clarity from Monzo would be good.

I don’t think we need to worry - the fact that we completed the challenge is the point of entry into the draw. That’s what the T&Cs are pointing to, you have to have completed it - i.e. paid up if you’ve paused BY 23:59 on the final day of your own challenge. We have already completed it by the fact that we’ve been informed we have and that our interest rate is 0%

Technically they are both correct unless people are specifying which year’s challenge they are referring to.
The T&Cs for the 2025 challenge state BY 11.59pm on the 365th day, whereas the T&Cs for the 2026 challenge state AT 11.59pm on the 365th day.

This is relation to the 2025 challenge, not 2026.
Monzo are putting out comms that directly contradict each other today for the end of 2025 challenge. I don’t disagree that the T&C say BY and therefore we should be fine to withdraw. But, it is a poor show The agent said to this person they’re fine to withdraw, yet I had a response that told me to wait until tomorrow.
What this highlights is the need for something in the app to say you’re in the draw.

The best thing they could do right now is to update the time the tile to say you’re entered into the draw, and on the flow to say you’re being entered into the draw.
