Notifications@monzo.discoursemail.com - phishing?

Hiya!

The email from the screenshot below is phishing, right?

Emails from Monzo

The emails that they send me all come from notifications@monzo.discoursemail.com which matches the email that you’ve given. It’s an email listing a breakdown of what’s happened on the community since your last visit. Obviously if you’re not comfortable recieving these messages you can turn them off in the settings of Monzo Community.

But as far as I am aware, this is a legitimate email from Monzo Community (Which is run/hosted by discourse)

And phishing for what? A forum login?

When we send you emails, they’ll come from @monzo.com or @email.monzo.com.

We also send emails on behalf of our customers. When we do, they’ll be from @customercontent.monzo.com.

If you don’t see any of these, the email isn’t from Monzo and you shouldn’t click any links in the email.

That’s about your bank account. Not your forum account.

The the settings for your forum account, you can change what you get notified about and when.

So if you don’t want to hear about things that have gone on here, like Garmin Pay support added as per your screenshot, you can change it there.

Curious that it’s in your SPAM folder. Did it go straight there or did you move it?

I notice you’re on Yahoo Mail. Gmail catches my spam emails correctly 99.99% of the time.
