Not receiving paxum payment

Hi, I was supposed to receive an instant payment from Paxum to my monzo card. I’ve waited quite a few days now and it has not turned up.
Could you please look into this.

Nobody here can help you I’m afraid, we are all customers. You need to contact Monzo directly in the app.

In my experience, although it has been a while, Paxum withdrawals to a card have always been instant. You should follow-up with them.

As soon as Monzo have your money it will instantly show in your account.

Therefore you’re best speaking to Paxum because Monzo won’t be able to tell you where it is until it hits their system.
