Not getting refunded for railcard perks perk

I had to purchase my 26-30 railcard the day before my 31st bday, because the voucher code from Monzo only became available on the day of my actual birthday, at which point I wouldn’t have been able to buy my railcard as I’d be too old.

As a result, I purchased it and asked for the money back following the help article flow. The first time I didn’t get an answer back after a few days, so I submitted a second request and got a response fairly quickly saying I’d been refunded.

Two days after supposedly being refunded, I still haven’t received the money. There’s also no way to actually speak to a real human. I love Monzo, but this has been an actually quite irritatingly bad experience.

Has anyone experienced this and got any advice?

Do you mean money back for Perks or for the Railcard itself?

I’m surprised Monzo agreed to refund you the Railcard if that was the case.
