Unable to recover Perk railcard.

I can’t find my Perk Railcard. How can I get the code to access it? The Railcard is still valid and hasn’t expired. I’m unable to recover it through my Trainline account either. Can anyone please assist me with how to recover my Railcard?

Your railcard should be accessible in the Trainline app under the unsurprising headline “My Railcards”. I’ve literally just checked mine and it shows all railcards including last years (which has obviously expired)

The Railcard is purchased through Trainline (website), using a discount code generated by Monzo. I’ve purchased 2 railcards with a Monzo Max discount - both using the Trainline website to buy.

To see the connected railcards in Trainline:

Web (https://www.thetrainline.com/): Log into your trainline account, click on your name (top-right), click on ‘My Account’, then click on ‘Passengers & Railcards’ to see active and expired railcards.

App: (Android), from the Trainline app, tap on ‘Account’ and then ‘Railcards’ in the ‘Booking preferences’ section to see the active railcard(s) in your Trainline account.

Mine is the same, I have a Railcard through Monzo and it is no longer showing in the Trainline app at all, even though Monzo says it is valid until June 2026.

If you can’t see any Railcards (active or Expired) in the Trainline app or online via browser (see the instructions 2 posts up :backhand_index_pointing_up: ), it’s a Trainline issue.

I’ve just checked mine via both the Trainline app and Website and the active & expired cards are shown.
