Hi all
Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere. I signed up to perks in order to get the 4.35% on savings pots. However this has only applied to my personal pot, and left our joint pot at 3.85. I’m sure the documentation said it would change both. I have searched through the help section of the app and there appears to be no way to actually chat to someone. Maybe someone here can point me in the right direction.
