Because anything else is just, probably, guesswork. No criticism of anyone trying to help but In these cases I’m not sure anyone on here can.
The thing is that I had the button! i went through it just for the app to crash then vanish before I could finish!

Monzo won’t tell you why, your beliefs about zero risk, huge wages, your wife works in banking, ultimately mean nothing.
Other banks will offer you a JA so open one with them

If you’re being declined accounts from other banks then your finances (to them) are not in the perfect shape you believe them to be.
