I am a Monzo premium customer. I submitted a travel insurance claim with AXA back in September, they sent me a reference number for the claim and since then I can’t get a response from them. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m thinking I might cancel my Monzo premium subscription seeing as travel and phone insurance was the main reason for signing up and I am not getting anywhere. So frustrating!
That’s unfortunately how long it can take. I submitted one at the start of October, and I’ve not heard anything yet - with Admiral Travel.

Oh really, that’s good to know it’s not just AXA then. It’s my first travel claim through any company. It’s painfully slow! Hopefully they come back soon… Thanks for your help
