No notifications, money deposits or in app chat

Good morning,
I was wondering if anyone can help at all? Is anyone having problems with their Monzo? I am transferring money into my account and the money isn’t showing, there’s no notifications coming through for my account at all and I am unable it access the Inapp chat??

Their is a number you can possibly call if the in app chat isn’t working, I received a transfer fine this morning

Do you know where I can find the number please? I’ve been searching for so long- no joy
