No longer able to split a bill with people not on monzo

Issue:

When I go to split a bill with someone not on monzo it no longer works. I have searched the articles and followed the instructions to click split bill and next, when I click next nothing happens, I remain on the same page.

Details to reproduce: 24/06/2023
OS: Android
Device: Samsung A53
App Version: 5.29.1

Delete the app, RESTART your phone, reinstall. See if that fixes it.
